Battle of the Soundbytes – Part 4

Once again, the field of Republican candidates square off. Gary Johnson made his debut, Perry was spared nothing, Gingrich had some highlights and Cain got a standing ovation.

The Brazen 3 will discuss the debate, updates on Solyndra and public union fraud, the war on nouns and more!

Listen LIVE HERE and Call 805.285.9769 from 10-11pm tonight with what you thought of your candidate… and that one guy you really don’t want to see in the Oval Office. No, not him, the other one.

Herman Cain, baby, all the way! He not only answers the given questions with sincerity, brevity, and clarity, but he also turns around and gets in the important answers he has for the important problems of our day. Especially since the media seem to be afraid to ask him too many questions. They seem to want to push Romney and Perry on us as if they are the only choices. Well, they’re not. Way to go Herman.

I watched the debates last night, in between sharing notes with my boyfriend about the candidates and my son interrupting me, and I would really like to see Michele Bachman get more support. She seems to come on strong, she’s very direct with her answers and she doesn’t cutesie when asked a question (unlike that Johnson guy — ok yeah he’s got a sense of humor but can he run a country?). And if Bachman isn’t chosen as the candidate, then Perry but he was stumbling a little when he and Romney were sparing with each other, especially on the subject of border control and his failed mandate to have all 12 yr. girls vaccinated for HPV, which was a good idea had he not taken a kick back from Merck.

Johnson got the joke applause, Cain got the cancer victory applause, but by far the most applause for a serious answer went to Ron Paul, so much so that the moderator had to overtly pause until it was finished. And it was an answer about foreign policy. Why is that not making the news?

I thought Santorum was outstanding; his rebuttal to Perry’s immigration re students getting instate tuition, was great

That was the only thing I’ve ever heard Santorum utter that I could agree with. Otherwise, he’s an idiot warmongering bible-thumping homophobe.

Newt Gingrich rocks and I feel much better about Mitt Romney now that he has said he will repeal BHusseinO Care.
